Returns policy 

We are happy to refund you if you are not happy with your purchase, however shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

• Returns must be sent back via track and trace
• National orders must be returned within 7 days 
• International orders must be returned within 10 days

Dusty is not liable for the loss of items being returned if they are not sent back with traceable deliver. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

We will not refund or exchange any items that look to have been worn or damaged. 

How to return an item

• Email us at info@dustynz.com with your order number in the subject line
• Let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund
• For exchanges add the information of the alternative size or style you want
