FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item please send an email to info@dustynz.com within 3 days of receiving the item, with your order number in the subject line of the email.

We will happily repair or replace all goods that we classify as faulty and will refund you only if we are unable to replace or repair your item.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you have an item that is faulty and you have worn it, please make sure it’s clean before you send it back to us.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. 

These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your goods from customs, on arrival into your country.  If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any of your financial loss as a result of this occurrence.
